is seeking to hire a Lead Installation Technician for Residential and Commercial Retrofit. We are looking to hire someone

Wire both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in residential and light commercial buildings Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
Premeasure jobs to identify proper materials required for install Receive, verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job Provide assistance to other leads as directed by management Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with peers and management Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job Take all readings on a machine and understand the importance of such Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle and tools Work safely following company policies Any other assigned duties as directed by management Company Perks
Company vehicle In house training Weekly pay with direct deposit Company provided tools such as torches, recovery machine, vacuum pump, gauges, scale, etc. Yearly bonuses based on performance, attendance, and zero call backs Company uniforms Year round work with no layoffs. Our employees average 35-50 hours a week during the slow season! Requirements
Clean Driving Record Drug Free Reliable Transportation (Take home vehicle will be available after probation period is over) EPA Certified Knowledge on how to install a unit from start to finish on your own Knowledge on how to charge a system if line set is longer and refrigerant is needed to be added to the system in order to run correctly Problem Solver Motivated with a can do attitude EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
