As an

Inventory Control Coordinator (2nd Shift) , you’ll play a key role in ensuring shipments are accurate, processes run smoothly, and operations stay on track.

What You’ll Do

Manage daily administrative tasks to prepare goods for outbound shipment.

Track and communicate workload progress to the 2nd Shift Supervisor using WMS reports.

Utilize RF scanners and WMS to monitor inventory flow.

Prepare outbound shipping paperwork and manifests.

Coordinate LTL shipments, logging PRO/tracking numbers for accuracy.

Support outbound audit and quality control processes for sensitive electrical components.

Investigate and analyze shipping errors, suggesting process improvements.

Communicate across sales, management, and other locations using Hub Alert systems.

Administer workload to meet shipping cutoffs while supporting post-cutoff requests.

Contribute to performance reviews, shipping accuracy checks, and safety initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Strong data entry skills with

proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and WMS .

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attendance and reliability.

Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience.

OSHA Forklift Certification and HazMat knowledge

a plus.
