Onsite Audit Manager/Senior Audit Associate - Direct Hire - Troy, MI
CPA required, MBA would be Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of four or more years' of experience and will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning and execution of financial audits and engagements. What you will do
Oversee the development of audit work plans Conducting audits, outlining the objectives, scope, timing, and resources required Actively engage in updating clients on project status and ensuring timely submission of deliverables Ensure engagements are executed and finalized within designated timelines and budgetary constraints Monitor engagement progress and assist in resolving accounting, auditing, and reporting challenges as they arise Collaborate with the team and the client to devise plans that align with engagement objectives, adhere to professional standards, and mitigate inherent risks Provide the engagement team with insights into the client's operating environment and pertinent industry developments Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining consistent communication with the team Thrive in time-sensitive environments, delivering high-quality work, while promptly addressing and resolving client issues Mentor and train junior staff, investing in their professional growth and development Foster strong relationships with clients, managers, and partners, delivering exceptional client service This role offers significant opportunities for career advancement and professional development within our organization What they offer

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting CPA required, MBA would be Four years of relevant experience, including three or more years at the manager level Experience working with ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act) Extensive experience working with various retirement plans and health benefit packages Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communications skills Able to perform work that requires a high level of attention to detail, analytical skills, and organization Familiarized with US government auditing standards set by PCAOB - GAAS, GAAP, and COSO Skilled at using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and familiarized with UltraTax, Creative Solutions, and QuickBooks online U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Status Benefits
