Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of accounting experience (public accounting or industry) who is looking for a more balanced work environment with strong mentorship, meaningful work, and long‑term career upside. This position offers hands‑on exposure across the full accounting cycle, visibility with leadership, and the opportunity to have real impact without the long hours and travel. Key Responsibilities
Lead month‑end and year‑end close, including journal entries, general ledger accuracy, and account reconciliations Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP Support budgeting and forecasting with meaningful financial insights Perform variance analysis and develop recommendations for cost and process improvements Serve as a key liaison during external audits and maintain audit‑ready documentation Strengthen internal controls and assist with policy development Assist with revenue recognition, reconciliation, and third‑party reporting Ideal Background
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience (public or industry) CPA or CPA track is a plus but not required Strong analytical skills paired with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with major ERP/accounting systems Why This Opportunity
