Portfolio Community Association Manager – Clermont
Role Description
This is for a Portfolio Community Association Manager, located in Clermont, FL. The Portfolio Community Association Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of multiple community associations. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and repairs, enforcing community rules, conducting inspections, and attending board meetings. The Manager will act as a liaison between board members, homeowners, and service providers, ensuring effective communication and smooth operations.
Qualifications
Budget management, financial reporting, and cost‑control skills
Knowledge of community rules enforcement, property inspections, and maintenance coordination
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
Experience in attending and facilitating board meetings
Proficiency in property‑management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in community association management is a plus
Relevant certifications such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM are beneficial
