Responsibilities
Develop new business through networking, referrals, warm internet leads, and community engagement
Conduct consultative sales appointments to identify client needs and design tailored insurance portfolios across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
Manage and expand your book of business through consistent follow-up, cross-selling, and relationship management
Achieve and exceed monthly production and profitability goals
Deliver a client experience that builds trust, loyalty, and long-term retention
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, product innovations, and compliance standards
Requirements
Proven success in sales (insurance, financial services, real estate, or other high-performance fields)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close sales in a consultative environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for independence and financial growth
Must hold or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (training and fees covered by agency)
Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver's License
Compensation & Benefits
