Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience with strong concentration in employee / labor relations Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, or related field. Strong analytical, organizational, time management skills and problem‑solving skills In‑depth working knowledge of employment laws, grievance / arbitration processes, and labor relations principles Proficiency with Microsoft 365 HOW TO APPLY
