Job Details You will represent employers in employment‑related litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, and advise management on employee relations and workplace compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Represent companies in employment‑related litigation in federal and state courts.
Handle matters before administrative agencies.
Advise and counsel management on employee relations and workplace compliance.
Draft and review employment policies, agreements, and related documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on employment law issues.
Qualifications
3–5 years of law firm experience in labor and employment law.
Strong litigation and counseling background.
Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
Top academic credentials.
Admission to the Connecticut or New York Bar required; admission to both preferred.
