Job Description Dynamic has been providing in‑home care services since 1987. For over 33 years we have serviced the Greater Los Angeles Area, including Los Angeles, San Fernando, Santa Clarita Valley, and parts of Ventura County. Our agency is a preferred provider for medical centers such as Cedars‑Sinai Medical Center, ACH Hospitals, UCLA Guide Program, and others. Dynamic specializes in one‑on‑one care for seniors in the comfort of their own homes.
We are looking for a full‑time Staffing Coordinator to join our team to assist with fields including but not limited to staffing coordination and administrative tasks.
Job Description and Responsibilities
Use company EMR to coordinate clinician schedules and staff patient home health care needs.
Collaborate with office team and field staff to ensure proper scheduling.
Work with recruiting to place candidates on proper cases.
Assist intake team with data entry and patient intro calls.
Other Responsibilities
Staff and re‑staff patients according to necessary frequency.
Seek and recommend creative solutions for clinician retention and ensure clinicians are completing their necessary visits.
Work with transitional care/intake team.
Communicate and collaborate with the in‑office care coordination team.

Our corporate office is located in Sherman Oaks, and we service Los Angeles, San Fernando, Santa Clarita Valleys, and Ventura County. We also have an office in Las Vegas. Fluent English is a must; bilingual is a plus.
