Job Summary
Work closely with managers to understand hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles to help management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
Grow and foster high‑touch relationships with active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up.
Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
Stay active with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Work and build relationships with internal management teams to understand their hiring needs.
Develop and release job postings on multiple platforms such as social media and job boards.
Use multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process, including preparing for interviews and assisting with final offer negotiation.
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects and hiring history.
Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field (preferred).
Proficiency with content management systems.
Experience developing recruiting strategy.
Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities.
English/Spanish proficiency preferred.
Skills and Abilities
1+ years’ experience in recruitment or human resources.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision‑making skills.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems.
Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (e.g., phone, video).
