Define and deliver important programs with broad organizational, business, and technical impact. Provide cross‑functional leadership with Engineering, Product Management and inter/intra‑team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes. Bring strong, data‑driven and strategic technical judgment to decisions. Work closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers to design, build, and deliver the next generation of Snowflake services and apps. Educate and mentor the TPM and Engineering communities on program management best practices. Identify opportunities to improve execution across the organization and increase engineering productivity through tools and lightweight processes. Qualifications
7+ years of industry experience leading medium to large complex engineering projects in current cloud technologies. Thrives in dynamic environments without ambiguity or competing priorities. Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, product management, and other functions involved in the product life cycle. Strong program management skills with technical and business acumen. Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills interacting with technical and non‑technical groups. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, consultation and organizational skills. BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields or equivalent practical experience (e.g., familiarity with SQL, Python, data). Compensation and Benefits
The estimated base salary range for this role is $169,000 – $258,750. The role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location. This role also has a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
