We're looking for a results-driven Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across GTM, product, and operations roles. You'll be a core part of our People team and play a pivotal role in building a diverse, high-performing organization as we scale.
What You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across sales, marketing, customer success, product, and more
Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define success profiles, and run efficient processes
Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, networking, and creative channels
Ensure a seamless, white-glove experience for every candidate
Track key recruiting metrics and provide data-driven insights to hiring teams
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of future talent
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of recruiting
Who You Are
2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (startup or SaaS experience strongly preferred)
Proven success hiring across a variety of roles and functions
Skilled at sourcing and outreach — you know how to find and engage great candidates
Highly organized and able to juggle multiple open roles at once
Clear, persuasive communicator — both written and verbal
Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Passionate about people, culture, and building strong teams
Bonus Points
Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or Gem
Familiarity with hourly workforce or restaurant industry is a plus
Experience hiring globally (e.g., Philippines, Singapore) is a plus

Salary Range: In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this role is $120,000-$140,000 in San Francisco. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate's compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
