Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role, located in Lindon, UT, for a Sales Recruiting Specialist. We’re looking for a Sales Recruiting Specialist to join our Customer Success team. This person will play a key role in supporting our clients by managing their job ads, analyzing performance data, and making strategic adjustments to maximize results. You’ll work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are optimized, budgets are on track, and communication stays clear and proactive.
What You’ll Do
Oversee client job postings and ads across multiple platforms for multiple clients
Analyze job performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
Manage and adjust budgets to ensure optimal performance
Provide clear, confident recommendations based on analytics and trends
Communicate regularly with clients — to ensure satisfaction and understanding
Collaborate within the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional results and handle feedback from clients
Stay organized while juggling multiple accounts and projects
Collaborate with internal teams to grow the department. Take ownership in the role and be inventive for ways to improve
