US based – Remote role

is an executive search and consultancy firm headquartered in the UK, operating internationally.

This position is for our

Capital Markets (Quant Finance) sector . Our client base consists of top US and European hedge funds, prop houses and investment banks. Key strategies for our clients include multi‑Strat, single‑Strat, HFT, prop shop, market making, and crypto/digital assets.

We are looking for an extremely driven individual to join our

London‑based team of experts on a remote basis

to support and build out our presence in the US across the Quant Finance space.

Key mandates typically include Quant Researchers/Strats, Quant Developers, Quant Traders and Portfolio Managers – across every asset class and across both the discretionary and systematic space. Our client’s base is broad and we work as tier‑1 suppliers in most instances. Many of our clients have worked with us for at least a decade.

This role is extremely varied and highly collaborative; key duties and responsibilities include:

Networking and building relationships with

high calibre talent .

Candidate management

throughout the entire process from initial headhunt/approach through to interview scheduling, preparation, management and closing.

Developing and demonstrating in-depth

market knowledge

– keeping abreast of key market changes and growth areas.

Facilitating

discussions

between clients and candidates.

Client/account management

– job description vetting and detailing, CV presentation, HR/business negotiation and market discussion.

Working closely with colleagues at all times as part of a highly integrated team.

Client origination and development.

To succeed in this role it is crucial to have excellent communication and organisation skills as well as extensive experience in building relationships at all levels; Requisite skills include:

Minimum 4 years of relevant sector experience

as a senior Recruiter/Headhunter in an agency consultancy/exec search setting.

Proven

business management and development

experience.

Driven, and target‑oriented.

Resilient, hard‑working and reliable.
