Job Description Natixis is seeking an Asset Liability Management Associate to join the CIB Americas Asset Liability Management (ALM) team. ALM serves as the first line of defense in liquidity management and collaborates closely with CIB Americas Treasury. Additionally, ALM conducts analyses on the balance sheet, capital, and Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) for the Americas Asset Liability Committee (Americas ALCO) at Natixis CIB Americas. The team reports to the CIB Americas CFO.

This position is located in a vibrant area near Rockefeller Center, offering an exciting opportunity to join Natixis CIB Americas as an Asset Liability Management Associate. The successful candidate will collaborate with Global Markets (including Trading and Structuring), Investment Banking, Coverage, Portfolio Management, and Treasury teams to identify, measure, and manage financial risks across the bank.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform Internal Liquidity Stress Testing (ILST) calculations and Cash-flow Forecasting (CFF) in accordance with CIB Americas ALM policies and procedures. Contribute to the creation of the Americas ALCO package.

Assist in the design, calibration, and maintenance of internal liquidity management metrics, including Early Warning Indicators, in coordination with Treasury.

Support the design, calibration, and maintenance of the Americas ILST model and CFF framework.

Contribute to the maintenance of the Contingency Funding Plan (CFP) for the Americas in collaboration with Treasury.

Work with Business Lines, Treasury, and Finance teams to assess the bank's financial risks, including liquidity, interest rate, and foreign exchange risks, and propose management strategies.

Understand the impact of Basel and U.S. regulatory standards on the bank’s balance sheet and liquidity management.

Stay informed about regulatory changes and financial market trends that may affect the bank's liquidity, funding, and structural risks, and make recommendations for enhancements to the liquidity management framework.

Qualifications

BA / BS degree from an accredited university / college (graduate degree preferred) with a concentration in Economics or Finance preferred.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) environment, with at least 2 years in Asset Liability Management or Treasury.

Knowledge of banking and broker‑dealer activities and products (including funding and treasury, securities financing transactions, stock borrowings and loans, loans and financial commitments, and derivatives), as well as financial markets.

Proficient in standard analytical methods and software (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.).

The salary range for this position will be between $, - $. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package.
