Pay/Benefits at a Glance

Pay range for this position is between $18.61 and $23.75 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

What You Will Do In this role the

Behavior Technicians are responsible for:

Delivering high quality in‑person Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, community, and school settings

Attending regular staff training and staff development programs

Meeting regularly with Supervisor's

Maintain accurate data collection

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED

Experience working with children and families

Motivation to continue learning and growing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

High ethical standards

Promote positive morale and team cohesion

Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, able to maintain records, and work independently

Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with co‑workers, supervisors, and youths

CA driver’s license (or ability to obtain one) and reliable transportation
