Job Location Franklin, TN, USA. This position is not fully remote; you must be on site at customers, at our office, and remote from home.

Position Overview We are looking for an energetic and organized individual to deliver excellent customer service as part of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) technology solutions. The role requires strong technical skills and a focus on client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Serve as first line of technical support for all clients, providing remote and on‑site assistance as needed.

Respond to service requests and escalations with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Participate in application and migration projects, training, and Microsoft Partner functions.

Apply industry best‑practice solutions and recommend improvements to clients.

Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and consistent delivery of services.

Contribute to daily team meetings and project meetings, reviewing, re‑prioritizing, and reassigning service requests.

Maintain adherence to all policies and procedures in service delivery.

Provide accurate and timely escalation technology support and problem resolution.

Stay current and constantly grow technical skillset.

Build rapport with clients and their end users to establish confidence, credibility, and cooperation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

Experience with an MSP or managing a full environment independently.

Windows, Windows Server, Azure, AWS, Office 365, and proper server administration.

Firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWall) and networking (routers, switches).

Desktop imaging, Outlook, Exchange Server, Group Policy, Teams, Microsoft Admin Center.

Patching, alerts & monitoring, Intune, System Center, Hyper-V/VMware.

Strong understanding of data protection and multi‑layer security stack.

Effective prioritization of service requests and escalations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
