Salary ranges may not reflect recent increases.
Personal Leave Program (PLP) 2025: 3% monthly base pay reduction in exchange for 5 hours of leave credits through June 2027.

Job Description And Duties
Prepare monthly appropriation reconciliations of various governmental and non-governmental funds for expenditures, revenue, and reverted appropriations.
Review and analyze reconciling items, determine proper accounting actions, and adjust records in Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal) or State Controller's Office records.
Post general ledger entries for each assigned fund.
Prepare annual year-end financial statements and fund balance reports for assigned funds.
Work under general supervision of the Accounting Administrator I, Chief of the Fund Reporting Unit.
Coordinate with State Controller’s Office, Legislative Analyst’s Office, Legislative Budget staff, and federal government on budget and fiscal matters.
Maintain accounting records and financial data as part of the Financial Management Division.
