About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and results‑driven
Finance Analyst
to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role will provide strategic financial support to our go‑to‑market and product teams, helping drive key business decisions and long‑term growth.
You will play a critical role in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis, delivering insights that influence executive strategy and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary finance business partner to Sales and Post‑Sales leadership, providing end‑to‑end support for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting related to headcount, commissions, and operating expenses.
Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate sales productivity, customer retention, and post‑sales efficiency programs.
Analyze and present financial insights, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to guide strategic decision‑making.
Refine and manage subscription revenue forecasts, maintaining robust models for attrition, lifetime value, and revenue per customer.
Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Accounting to ensure accurate revenue, commission, and expense tracking during month‑end and quarter‑end close processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting, process optimization, and data accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, preferably in a high‑growth or data‑driven environment.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and large‑scale data analysis.
Proven ability to deliver actionable insights that improve financial outcomes.
Experience using budgeting and forecasting tools (Adaptive Insights preferred).
Strong understanding of accounting processes related to monthly or quarterly close cycles.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) or FinTech environment.
Prior experience supporting Go‑to‑Market (GTM) teams with budgeting, forecasting, or performance analysis.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non‑finance stakeholders.
A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
