Essential Functions
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial settings, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a safe work environment.
Provide exceptional customer service, representing R&R Heating's commitment to excellence.
Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, contributing to our culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
Strong leadership skills, proven ability of leading teams.
Gas Mech 1 license, EPA, WA elec traniee card.
Proven experience as an HVAC Installer with a focus on commercial projects.
Necessary industry licenses and certifications.
A commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
