Summary As the Creative Supervisor you will lead and oversee a team of designers while also serving as the team’s senior creative contributor. This role requires not only strong leadership and organizational skills but also an expert level of hands‑on design ability. You will bring a combination of advanced creative execution with the ability to guide, inspire, and elevate the work of the design team. Being able to balance management and production responsibilities will drive high‑quality, on‑brand creative across multiple platforms and properties.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing and brand materials for multiple casino‑resort properties and taverns, ensuring all creative aligns with company and brand standards

Lead and mentor a team of designers by providing creative direction, feedback, and support to enhance their design skills and maintain consistent quality

Assist in scheduling, training, supervising, and coaching department staff to promote strong performance, engagement, and service consistency

Monitor and support daily operations to ensure alignment with company standards, safety protocols, and guest satisfaction goals

Serve as a point of contact for resolving team member or guest concerns, escalating issues as needed to department leadership

Manage daily design workflow, assigning projects, reviewing work, and helping the team meet deadlines and creative goals

Collaborate closely with internal departments including Account Coordination, Production, and Property Marketing to ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently

Act as a key hands‑on designer, developing creative concepts and executing layouts, visuals, and digital assets for campaigns and brand initiatives

Present creative ideas and updates confidently to peers and senior leaders, including the Sr. Director and COO, maintaining professionalism and clear communication

Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring all creative materials are visually cohesive and on message

Support the Sr. Director and Creative Services Manager in improving creative processes, team collaboration, and overall workflow efficiency

Foster a positive, collaborative team culture, encouraging open communication and creative problem‑solving

Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position

Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

4+ years creative design experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity

Demonstrated problem solving abilities with creative, out of the box solutions

Experience analyzing processes and procedures and developing corrections and/or new SOPs to make area of review more efficient and effective

Thorough understanding and applied skills within the advertising industry and marketing principles, including traditional media, emerging media, LED signage, photography, videography, social media, etc.

Ability to lead and guide team members in a fast‑paced or customer‑facing environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support training, feedback, and conflict resolution

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and follow through on responsibilities

Flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs and shift schedules

Committed to upholding a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment

Basic understanding of department KPIs, labor management, or guest service standards.

Highly skilled experience in Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop, or similar design platform required

Experience working in project management system required (e.g., Workfront, Workamajig, or similar)

Experience working within and administering asset management systems, internal servers, and other creative management systems

Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams

Requirements

At least 21 years of age

High School Diploma or equivalent required; [associate/bachelor’s degree or certification preferred/required if applicable]

Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal

Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
