Job Summary The Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store’s community strategy, engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and other activities, supporting lululemon product seeding and attending local studios. The role builds and sustains key relationships with lululemon Ambassadors and other community partners, while delivering a world‑class guest experience on the floor. Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy and guest experience to life. Establish and manage local key relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, lululemon Studio partners) to increase guest acquisition and retention. Engage with the local community to identify future ambassador or partner opportunities and enhance the store’s reputation as a community hub. Connect with guests on the floor to assess unique needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into a seamless experience. Attend, support, and host local and regional community events. Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors. Review community relevant business data and metrics to share insights and recommendations with store leadership. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences. Job Requirements
Eligibility
Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Must have reliable transportation to travel to the assigned store.
Schedule/Availability
Work schedule varies by store needs; shifts can be mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Peak periods may require early mornings or late nights/overnights.
Experience
1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.
Education & Assets
High school diploma/GED/equivalent or higher (not required but preferred). Experience building relationships with clients, partners, or teams (nice to have).

Compensation & Benefits
