Software Quality Assurance Analyst
Were seeking a highly experienced QA Analyst with 8+ years of software testing background across manual and automated domains, including Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium, and mainframe legacy systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end test strategies for complex, front-to-back workflows. Build and maintain automation in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI). Design, validate, and test data?migration flows from mainframe to distributed tiers. Collaborate with Product, Development, DevOps and Operations teams to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle. Define test roadmaps, metrics/KPIs (defect leakage, test coverage, automation percentage) and continuously improve them. Prioritize risk?based testing and drive coverage decisions using data insights. Translate technical test results into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Participate in scrum/kanban ceremonies, providing feedback on scope, timelines and acceptance criteria.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of software testing experience, with deep hands?on work in both manual and automated frameworks. Strong experience with Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium and API testing tools (Insomnia, Postman). Hands?on experience with legacy mainframe systems and data migration testing. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and automation of regression suites. Experience with test management platforms (TestRail, qTest) and defect?tracking tools (JIRA). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence cross?functional teams and balance individual priorities with overall test strategy.
Preferred Skills
Risk?based testing and metrics definition. Experience with modern API testing and microservices. Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
