RESPONSIBILITIES

Culture and engineer cell lines; prepare reagents and test agents used in in vivo studies.

Perform in vitro cell-based killing assays and binding assays using standard techniques such as ELISA, and flow cytometry.

Perform and conduct dosing by oral gavage, intravenous, intraperitoneal, retro orbital, and subcutaneous routes, assessing health, and perform humane euthanasia.

Perform tumor cell inoculation and measure tumor size and volume in CDX and/or PDX mouse models.

Collect blood samples from rodents and perform necropsies for organ harvest.

Exercise basic technical discretion to troubleshoot experiments.

Coordinate and execute assigned tasks in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Review data, prepare reports, and communicate experimental results to the manager and in team meetings.

Maintain accurate documentation of all experimental procedures and data in an electronic laboratory notebook.

QUALIFICATIONS

B.S. or M.S. in Cell Biology, Immunology, or a related scientific discipline, with 1–2 years (with M.S.) or 3–4 years (with B.S.) of hands‑on laboratory experience in an industrial or academic setting.

Proficiency in mammalian cell culture; knowledge of flow cytometry, Western blotting, and ELISA is a plus.

Proven experience in small animal handling, tumor cell inoculation, and tumor size and volume measurement in CDX/PDX models.

Experience with oral gavage (PO) and other administration routes such as intraperitoneal (IP), subcutaneous (SC), intratumoral (IT), and intravenous (IV) dosing is required.

Proficiency in blood collection and tissue harvesting during necropsy.
