The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of a top executive. This role involves directing, monitoring, and contributing to special/strategic projects that are strategic in nature, highly complex, and may involve the creation and oversight of multifaceted teams.

Key Skills/Responsibilities
Provide executive support to the Chief Global Growth Officer (CGGO) and up to 4 Business Development (BD) SVP Leadership Team members.
Manage CGGO's daily business obligations, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and submit expense reports for the CGGO and BD SVP Leadership team via Concur.
Collaborate and support internal meetings, conferences, and communication with the Owner Relations team.
Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations as needed.
Provide conference logistics and planning support for the team including contract processing and management.
May require some travel and availability after hours; must be flexible.
Monitor development invoices and subcontractor/vendor documentation.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with other Administrative Support as required, covering absences.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
6+ years of experience required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Possess a high degree of business acumen and professional presence.
Ability to represent executives in important business functions and communications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and lead teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiar with business applications. Experience with Salesforce, Concur a plus for efficient data management and organization.
Experience in global business travel coordination, including knowledge of visa requirements helpful.
Demonstrated ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
Capable of handling and resolving complex issues under minimal supervision.
