A little bit about our team Marketing and Label Operations is positioned at the intersection of marketing and finance, supporting Atlantic Music Group (AMG) labels. The team manages radio promotion, video production, vendor management, and WMG’s Procure-to-Pay process. It also manages travel and entertainment processes and related budgets across all labels.
Your role As Marketing and Label Operations Coordinator, you will assist the team with vendor/artist-related payments, marketing budgets, and internal label communication. You will learn about the music business, participate in company meetings, and follow WMG policies and compliance. Your work will be confidential and business sensitive.
Key responsibilities
Master WMG internal payment & expense systems (Concur, ARIBA, SAP, FIT, and vendor portals).
Lead in employee training for Procure-to-Pay processes.
Participate in vendor management requests, purchase order creation, invoice submissions, journal entry, and month/quarter end reporting.
Assist with travel and entertainment processes, budgeting, approvals, and auditing reports.
Maintain accurate artist marketing budgets and reporting; serve as archive master for contractual marketing approvals.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, A&R, and Business Affairs.
Coordinate RIAA Certified Award requests and other ad hoc requests.
About you
Passionate about music and the arts.
1‑2 years prior work experience in a related field (finance is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
Proficient with Google Suite and Excel.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
We’d love it if you also had
A Bachelor’s Degree.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability.
Experience with SAP, ARIBA, Concur, or related business products.
