We are looking for candidates who are passionate about sustainability and Nike and who will leave a lasting impact on our Global Sustainability team. You will work in one of the following areas: Climate & Environment; Geo Sustainability (supporting North America and Asia Pacific Latin America).
What You Will Experience In the NIKE, Inc. Summer Program, you’ll contribute to high‑priority, real business initiatives that align with Nike’s strategic roadmap. With the guidance of senior leaders and experienced managers, you’ll take ownership of a project that’s been scoped to drive impact. These projects are designed to challenge your critical thinking, further develop your skills, and foster effective collaboration while contributing directly to your team’s goals.
In the role of a Nike Global Sustainability Graduate, you will work with teams globally across Nike to embed sustainability into business, manufacturing, operations, and marketplace initiatives. You will lead one or more projects that require working across a range of stakeholders, exercising critical and strategic thinking, and problem solving to deliver insights that move the business forward.
Previous project examples include:
Develop a strategy for how Nike could incorporate carbon offsets in its enterprise climate strategy.
Research and create a playbook on how Nike should elevate its sustainability presence at key running races.
Develop an implementation plan to achieve Nike’s post‑consumer waste goals.
This is an 8–10‑week paid opportunity with relocation assistance.
What You Bring Qualifications:
Enrolled in an MBA and/or Environmental Science graduate program with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027.
Background in Social and Environmental Sustainability, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Textiles, Finance, or Retail.
At least 2 years of work experience.

Skills:
General sustainability skills/knowledge, including experience in corporate responsibility, climate, natural resources, circularity, and/or other related topics.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence teams in a highly matrixed organization.

Ability to discern themes, make decisions, and tell stories from large datasets.
Experience presenting to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
Inquisitive, growth‑focused, and process‑oriented mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Clearly demonstrated passion for sustainability and Nike.
