Overview We are seeking a creative, trend‑focused Fashion Designer to join a fast‑paced, youth‑oriented fashion brand. The ideal candidate thrives on turning emerging social media trends into wearable, commercially successful designs and can work confidently in an environment where ideas move from concept to consumer in just a few weeks. In this role, you’ll design across multiple categories and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring new, exciting collections to life. This is a unique opportunity for a designer who enjoys hands‑on work, quick decision‑making, and seeing their creations make an immediate market impact.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop 30–50 new styles per month across categories such as denim, wovens, tops, skirts, shorts, dresses, and outerwear.

Translate trend inspiration and social media insights into brand‑right, commercially viable products for a Gen Z audience.

Partner with Tech Design and Product Development to create detailed tech packs and ensure design accuracy through fittings and production.

Conduct market and trend research, identifying upcoming silhouettes, fabrics, washes, and cultural influences.

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver products within a 4–8 week design calendar.

Participate in fittings multiple times per week, applying technical garment knowledge and creative problem‑solving.

Present design concepts, mood boards, and inspiration to the design leadership team for feedback and approval.

Support senior designers and contribute to maintaining the brand’s trend‑driven aesthetic direction.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion design, ideally within a fast‑fashion or youth‑focused brand.

Solid understanding of garment construction, fabrication, and wash techniques.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.

Ability to design quickly and efficiently while managing multiple projects.

Strong awareness of Gen Z fashion trends, pop culture, and social media influence.

Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.

Collaborative and open to feedback in a highly creative, fast‑paced environment.
