Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and train a team of dedicated staff to deliver outstanding animal care and customer service.
Create fun and safe spaces: develop engaging activities for our dogs, ensuring their safety and happiness at all times.
Drive excellence: implement and uphold high standards of care, facility cleanliness, and safety across both locations.
Engage with clients: build strong relationships with pet parents, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a personal touch.
Manage operations: oversee scheduling, booking, and inventory, ensuring smooth business operations and guest satisfaction.
Promote our passion: develop and execute strategies to grow our client base and increase community involvement.
Work weekends: enjoy the dynamic and rewarding experience of working weekends, ensuring consistent care and connection with our clients and their pets.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience with a talent for teamwork and motivation.
Previous animal care experience, preferably in a kennel or daycare setting.

Availability to work most weekends and holidays.
