Job Overview Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Additional Compensation Additional compensation includes performance incentives, premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, and multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
