Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach
Join Life Time Inc. as an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach. Work in a fast‑paced environment helping swimmers improve skill in lap and recreational pools, indoors and out. Collaborate with the Head Swim Team Coach on training plans and enrollment, and maintain cleanliness of the aquatics facilities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
Run daily practices under direction of the head coach.
Promote Life Time products, services, and programs.
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
1 year of swim coaching experience.
Member of ASCA.
Member of USA Swimming.
CPR/AED certification required.
Lifeguard Certification within 60 days of hire.
Complete all job specific requirements with Life Time Education.
Ability to work in a stationary position and move around the club for prolonged periods.
Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests regarding Life Time products and services.
Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
Ability to routinely bend to raise 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
Preferred Requirements
ASCA Level 1 Certification or higher.
