Day to Day Responsibilities:
Teach an energetic and motivating class, connect and challenge each child, and help them to accomplish gross and fine motor development goals and inspire a love of movement and healthy habits in an organized, structured, and fun manner.
Fill out attendance
Effectively and clearly communicate issues to the office and provide solutions
Showing up 15 minutes prior to class start time
Effectively and clearly communicate with other coaches, parents and children
Equipment set-up and break-down
Provide hands‑on individual and group attention to children.
Adhere to all COVID-19 safety policies and protocols
Requirements Qualifications:
Experience working with children 5 years and under
Expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality
Responsible, reliable, punctual, dedicated, and confident individuals
HIGH ENERGY!
Comfort with managing groups of children and adults
Ability to follow super soccer stars curriculum and tailor lessons to specific developmental level
One weekend day availability
Experience working with non‑neurotypical children is a huge PLUS
COVID-19 Information:
Candidates are recommended to be fully vaccinated upon commencing employment, subject to legally required exemptions. Legal exemptions include but are not limited to, medical condition, disability or sincerely‑held religious belief; some regions may require full vaccination upon hiring due to state specific mandates. Proof of vaccination in those states will be required, and will be requested in the other regions.
