Singnala We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Sales Coordinator to join our team as soon as possible. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales and facilitating events that create memorable experiences for our clients and their guests. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients interested in our event services, managing inquiries and guiding them through the planning and coordination process.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for clients seeking event services
Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up with leads
Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, timelines, and vendor management
Develop and present detailed proposals and contracts to clientsConduct site visits and meetings with clients to assess their needs and preferences
Manage event logistics, including staffing, catering, and equipment rental
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in event sales or coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
