About the Role We’re seeking a

Board-Certified Infectious Disease Specialist

trained in Internal Medicine to join our growing team. This role blends traditional medicine with concierge and DPC models while integrating longevity research and leading‑edge care.

As a valued team member, you'll:

Diagnose, treat, and prevent a wide range of infectious diseases

Serve as a key consultant for internal and specialty care teams

Collaborate with microbiologists, ID nurses, and epidemiologists

Educate patients about prevention, vaccines, and travel medicine

Contribute to outbreak management and infection control

Lead with empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning

Qualifications

MD or DO degree with board certification in Infectious Disease

Completion of IM residency + ID fellowship

Open to new grads or experienced physicians

Strong communication skills & passion for patient-centered care

Must be licensed or eligible in Wyoming

Must have current case logs for credentialing purposes
