We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep technical expertise in building, customizing, and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role focuses on developing high-quality code, integrating systems, and optimizing platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.
Build and maintain integrations with external systems using tools such as MuleSoft and REST/SOAP services.
Create custom objects, triggers, workflows, validation rules, and automation to support business requirements.
Review and optimize existing code for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Manage production support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement fixes.
Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the full SDLC to deliver reliable, high-impact solutions.
Skills & Experience
8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including strong hands‑on coding in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, OOP concepts, and Salesforce architecture.
Proficient in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and tools such as AutoRABIT and Visual Studio Code.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms using MuleSoft or similar middleware.
Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
