We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Director to lead financial operations across the U.S. and Canada for a global, family-owned company.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across North America, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to guide trade promotion strategy, ROI analysis, and pricing governance.
Translate financial data into actionable insights that improve profitability, growth, and resource allocation.
Manage cash flow and working capital for both U.S. and Canadian operations, balancing growth with financial discipline.
Strengthen financial processes, reporting tools, and analytics capabilities to enhance decision‑making.
Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and reporting standards while maintaining strong internal controls.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred).
10+ years of progressive finance experience, with expertise in FP&A and commercial finance.
Experience managing Canadian financial operations and multi‑currency reporting.
Background in CPG or food and beverage industries highly preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and business partnership skills; able to influence cross‑functional decisions.
Proven ability to drive process improvement, leverage financial systems, and deliver insights that shape business strategy.
