Responsibilities
Answer inbound inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers.
Aggressively follow up on after‑hours or missed calls.
Utilize multiple contact methods (text, e‑mail, phone) to reach prospective sellers.
Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process.
Audit leads to ensure they are followed up on appropriately.
Assign leads that are not auto‑assigned to Real Estate Consultants.
Follow up on aged leads.
Provide general sales support.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a high‑volume inbound/outbound call environment.
Experience qualifying leads for sales processes.
Experience working with consumers/homeowners (preferred).
Experience in real estate (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
