Work full‑time in the office to generate quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and consistently close new business.
Proactively identify and pursue new clients through networking, referrals, and agency‑provided leads.

Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships that drive client loyalty and long‑term success.
Provide exceptional service and proactive support to ensure a superior client experience.

Requirements
Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license (or willingness to obtain)
High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
Sales and / or management experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and driven to succeed.
Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses.
Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
