Organization Nested in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa offers an unparalleled setting for refined alpine luxury and world‑class hospitality. The Sales and Events Coordinator supports the Event Sales team by providing administrative and planning assistance to ensure seamless coordination and execution of meetings, weddings, and special events.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Sales team, including proposal preparation, data entry, and follow‑up communication.
Manage incoming event inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and event files.
Assist with report generation, forecasts, and tracking tools as required.
Coordinate internal meetings, client appointments, and team travel arrangements.
Review contracts and event details for accuracy and consistency prior to finalization.
Process invoices, manage departmental expenses, and support budget tracking.
Participate in hotel meetings as required.

The starting pay for this position is $23.00 per hour. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with hotel systems such as Opera or Envision preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
Previous experience in a guest‑facing position or sales support within a luxury or resort property strongly preferred.
