Job Summary The Order Management Specialist ensures the quality and accuracy of resale transactions while maintaining financial, SOX, and accounting compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented, service-minded individual with strong organizational and communication skills. The coordinator must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, apply policy and procedure knowledge across a variety of transaction types, and provide clear, constructive feedback to internal stakeholders. Success in this role depends on attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
Review all resale transactions for quality and accuracy, including bookable document requirements, manufacturer-specific requirements, order entry accuracy, and internal compliance
Work independently with internal teams to resolve order-related questions
Ensure timely review and processing of all submitted orders
Provide recommendations for training to support compliance with QA policies and procedures
Assist in documenting policies, procedures, and standard practices for the QA team
Participate in developing training plans for new hires and reinforcement training
Apply documented processes to similar transactions
Communicate errors and corrective actions clearly and effectively
Serve as a subject matter expert for resale booking requirements
What we expect of you
Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of experience in a high-volume procurement, accounts payable, supply chain management, or customer service environment without a degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Ability to adapt to change with resilience and composure in a dynamic environment
High attention to detail and a personal commitment to accuracy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to understand and apply written and verbal instructions
Ability to organize thoughts and communicate clearly
Passion for learning, teaching, and guiding others
Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
2 years of technology sales support experience (Order to Invoice) preferred
Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
Highly innovative and proactive mindset
