Our fast-growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. Compensation :
$100,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities
Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
Prospect for new leads to promote new business
Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
As a licensed real estate salesperson, you will utilize your knowledge of local real estate markets to aid individual clients, landlords, or developers in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.
This includes providing world‑class customer service to ensure client satisfaction and trust, and increase sales volume. With support from management, you will oversee the entire transaction to ensure a quick and seamless experience.
Qualifications

Past sales experience is preferred
Top‑notch time management skills and highly organized
Great communication and social skills
Tech savvy
Successful Applicants possess
New York State real estate license
