In sourcing and procurement, you will focus on optimising sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, supplier collaboration, and supply chain resilience. You will work closely with clients to analyse sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reductions, and develop procurement solutions. You will also provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions.

Translating the vision, you set the tone, inspire others, and deliver growth. You are expected to embody PwC's values: quality, integrity, inclusion, and commercial mindset. You create a healthy working environment while maximising client satisfaction and collaborating with the PwC Network.

Responsibilities

Supervise, develop, and coach teams to achieve client goals.

Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams.

Create and implement impactful operational strategies.

Solve complex problems to deliver exceptional results.

Utilise autonomous decision‑making and professional scepticism.

Cultivate meaningful client relationships.

Inspire teams and navigate ambiguity.

Advise clients on commodity trading and risk management.

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

10–15 years of experience

Consulting experience is critical.

What Sets You Apart

Master of Business Administration in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred.

In‑depth knowledge in energy/commodities trading and risk management.

Experience with physical commodities and risk strategy.

Knowledge of compliance requirements and organisational design.

Proficiency in Energy/Commodities Trading and Risk Management systems.

Experience managing large commodity‑management projects and functional CTRM/ETRM projects.

Strong business‑analysis and functional‑design skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related PC applications.

Salary range: $155,000 – $410,000, plus annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, the salary range applies. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more. View benefits: https://pwc.to/benefits-at-a-glance
