The Camp Recovery Center . The DON directs, plans, coordinates, monitors, and supervises nursing and the delivery of behavioral health/nursing services. We are looking for someone who provides a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude. How will we support you in this role?

Lead nursing practice and set the vision for safe, timely, efficient, equitable and patient-centered care Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams and administration to meet residents\' physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental and cultural needs; address and resolve complaints Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of all nursing personnel Provide clinical leadership, strategic and long-term goals for the nursing staff Anticipate census and acuity changes; allocate nursing resources accordingly Model expectations related to customer service and patient safety Determine, assign, and assess performance objectives for the nursing department Develop, review, and implement policies, procedures and nursing protocols to meet regulatory and quality standards Ensure quality of care, operational and financial efficiency of the nursing department Lead and develop nursing staff with performance goals, feedback and development opportunities Set policies, goals and procedures for the department; oversee budgeting and reporting Provide staff management including hiring, development, training and performance management Provide direct care as needed and participate in recruitment and training Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or higher strongly preferred Current registered nursing license in the state of the facility required 6+ years of experience as a registered nurse preferred 3 years of registered nursing experience required Two years of experience in behavioral health as a Registered Nurse preferred One year of experience in behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery environment (inpatient or outpatient) or relatable experience required Prior DON or Nurse Manager experience preferred Two years of progressive leadership or management experience required CA Salary range:
