This is a strategically critical position leading the biggest investment area for the business, operating at significant scale at the forefront of AI advancements. We are searching for an exceptional engineering leader to help steer its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a large, distributed engineering organization delivering at scale across complex systems.
Drive execution and delivery across multiple teams, ensuring technical excellence and operational efficiency.
Define the engineering strategy for a next‑generation AI product, integrating seamlessly with legacy systems.
Partner closely with senior product leaders to maintain cultural alignment, autonomy, and clarity of mission across teams.
Champion high standards for talent, engineering principles, and decision‑making.

Proven Engineering Leader:
Experienced in scaling large, distributed teams and delivering complex, high‑impact products at pace and quality.
Execution & Delivery Focus:
Able to operate at massive scale, integrating new platforms into established enterprise environments while maintaining momentum.
AI Intuition & Vision:
Strong point of view on where AI is heading - across applications, engineering, and talent. Brings conviction, forward thinking, and a clear philosophy on how modern engineering orgs should evolve.
Strategic Judgement:
Balances technical depth with commercial understanding; capable of making sound critical decisions in complex global environments.
Cultural Leadership:
Builds deep trust with senior product executives and peers. Fosters agile, autonomous teams with clear missions and strong accountability.

Background
Approximately 8+ years leading in a large‑scale enterprise environment
Experience scaling teams and systems in both enterprise and high‑growth settings, specifically in AI native environments
Ideally a strong understanding of NLP, LLMs or language based AI.
Deep understanding of engineering operations at scale
Comfortable navigating the complexity of a large organization while enabling autonomy within teams.
Team & Structure
Engineering organization of 200+ people distributed globally
Direct collaboration with cross‑functional product and AI research teams.
Close working relationship with executive leadership on strategy, culture, and technical roadmap.
