Ocean Bay, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Deputy Program Manager. The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) is the Program Manager’s primary assistant, responsible for contractor program oversight and acts as a primary point of contact for SEA 21 leadership in the Program Manager’s absence. The DPM shall manage the day-to-day operations of contractor support to include hiring, quality assurance, employee and subcontractor management, meeting schedules and controlling costs, and risk management.

Position Requirements

Bachelors Degree in any field

10 years experience supporting Navy ship maintenance and modernization. 5 years supporting a Navy Major Program Office.

3 years of experience in managing service contracts supporting multiple program offices at NAVSEA.

Program Management experience

Experience in managing service contracts supporting multiple program offices at NAVSEA; 5 or more years in US Navy Ship maintenance and modernization; substantial experience in Program Management; experience running technical programs.

Security Requirements

Background check

Secret Clearance

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.

Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check
