Job Opportunity: Material Handler/Forklift
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift to join their team. As a Material Handler/Forklift, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse and logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Material Handler/Forklift Location: Stayton, OR Pay Range: $23.74 Shift: 1 What's the Job? Load material for sawyers and other departments, including bead and track. Assist in putting away all boxes and materials such as bead, track, setups, SDL, patio boxes, etc. Help department leads and other material handlers as needed to ensure smooth operations. Check the quality of vinyl and other materials to maintain standards. Maintain cleanliness by emptying dumpsters, recycling, and smashing garbage daily. What's Needed? Must have a valid driver's license to operate forklifts and drive Hyster equipment. Ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs, with assistance for heavier loads. Flexibility to work overtime on short notice and adapt to changing demands. Strong organizational skills to keep work areas and inventory organized and clean.
