Equitable share of weekend and weeknightattending coverage
Commitment to administration and leadership ofclinical programs
Assist Clinical Director with providingadministrative oversight of the entire breadth of clinical activities in theNICU
Assist Clinical Director with developing andreviewing all NICU policies, procedures, and equipment/facility needs
Assist Clinical Director with providingadministrative oversight of the medical residents, neonatal nurse practitioner,neonatal physician assistant, student nurse and allied health professionaltraining programs affiliated with the NICU
Represents the NICU on hospital committees asrequested
Serves as a liaison between the NICU, thepediatric medical staff and outside agencies (including JCAHO and StateDepartment of Health)
