Responsibilities
Lead Safety Culture:
Model and promote a strong safety culture across all projects and teams. Project Leadership:
Provide oversight for multiple small projects or one large, complex project, ensuring success in safety, budget, schedule, quality, and profitability. Execution Oversight:
Ensure construction is completed per design, scope, and schedule requirements. Business Development:
Support preconstruction and pursuit efforts through estimating, proposals, and client presentations. Design Management:
Monitor design deliverables to support permitting, procurement, fabrication, and commissioning while coordinating client reviews and approvals. Collaboration:
Attend design meetings, communicate project needs, and elevate issues for resolution. Team Development:
Supervise, train, and mentor project staff across one or multiple sites. Organizational Management:
Lead complex project structures and ensure effective communication and accountability. Dispute Resolution:
Work with project leaders to negotiate and resolve claims or disputes with owners and subcontractors. Contract Administration:
Interpret and proactively manage all contract requirements and documentation.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive construction experience with demonstrated leadership on large, complex projects. Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Expert knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality management principles. Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and project delivery models. Knowledge of insurance, bonding, and legal requirements. Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver effective presentations.
Compensation
$190k-$225k DOE, plus full executive benefits and ESOP. #J-18808-Ljbffr
