We are currently seeking a Information Technology Consulting Lead Managing Consultant to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US‑TX), United States (US).
Job Description and Responsibilities Business Architecture & Strategy
Define and evolve the manufacturing business architecture to support strategic objectives.
Translate business needs into digital transformation roadmaps and technology enablement plans.
Align manufacturing operations with enterprise architecture and digital strategy.
Digital Enablement & Technology Integration
Architect solutions leveraging IIoT, MES, UNS, MQTT, and edge/cloud platforms.
Lead the design and implementation of digital threads across shop floor systems.
Ensure interoperability between OT and IT systems through standardized data models and protocols.
Operational Excellence & Transformation
Conduct maturity assessments of shop floor operations and digital capabilities.
Identify opportunities for automation, data‑driven decision‑making, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with plant leadership to implement scalable, sustainable transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
Act as a bridge between business units, technology teams, and external partners.
Facilitate workshops, visioning sessions, and governance forums to drive alignment.
Develop and maintain architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices.
Data Architecture & Unified Namespace
Design and maintain a Unified Namespace (UNS) structure for real‑time data flow across assets.
Enable contextualized data access for analytics, visualization, and AI/ML applications.
Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability across the digital ecosystem.
Required Experience
5+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience.
5+ years of Business Consulting/Business Insights experience in Intelligent Automation‑led Digital transformation.
