Job Summary
The JAVA Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, coding, testing, and documenting new programs. This includes debugging, troubleshooting, and maintaining source code related to various computer programs. The role involves working with business leaders and analysts to understand functional and non-functional requirements, crafting technical solutions, and integrating with enterprise products / systems.

Responsibilities
Write code to create single and multi-threaded or user interface event-driven applications.
Design, implement, and test database schemas.
Use source debuggers and visual development environments.
Work with designers and content producers.
Write code to generate web pages, access databases, and business logic servers.
Develop specifications, prototypes, or initial user guides.
Create visual modeling or diagramming of current and proposed workflows.
Assist in the development of processes and procedures to streamline and increase efficiency.
Integrate with enterprise products / systems.

9 years of JAVA SE experience
9 years of JAVA EE experience
9 years of experience with Servlets, EJB, JDBC, JPA, JSF, JSP, JNDI, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, JAX-B
9 years of experience with SOAP / REST Web Services
3 years of HTML5 experience
9 years of experience with HTML4, XML, CSS, JavaScript
9 years of SQL experience
5 years of IBM WebSphere experience
5 years of Eclipse-based IDE experience
9 years of Source Control experience
9 years of experience developing supportive documentation
9 years of experience in Usability Testing
9 years of experience with verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external groups
4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
9 years of overall technical and IT experience

Special Considerations
Must be available for in-person interviews.
Must be comfortable with a hybrid work schedule, working onsite in Trenton 2 days a week.
Absences greater than two weeks must be approved in advance.
